		<description>It seems to me that WebCEO and doorway pages are probably not the way to improve in the SERPS. If the SEO firm did an adequate job of developing the paid backlinks, I would think that it was this that caused your improved rankings.

In general, I haven't seen positive benefits from using products like WebCEO to optimize content as being useful. Does it make a difference... maybe. Does that difference compare to a sound link building effort... Not even close. 

I would say the father of this baby is the SEO house.</description>

		<description>Interested in your thoughts on 'White Hat' v 'Black Hat', I recently took an approach to do both at the same time,  I had one of my online marketing execs develop content on 4 core products then we optimised them via WebCEO and submitted them as HTML pages. We then outsourced the paidfor backlink management to a SEO house.

Results have been good we've moved from position 360 to position 34 for DELL hardware products in just over a month.  Good to see but the problem I have now is who's effort produced this result.  Currently suffering from 'Victory has a 1000 fathers here..'</description>
