		<description>I totally agree. Some links are better than none. Even link farms won't hurt your SERPs, they just won't be counted (thereby wasting your time). The best links to get are definitely the ones that drive traffic on their own, because the search engines will almost always look more favorable on these links for all the same reasons that the links drive traffic.</description>

Just a word to say that getting backlinks from most related websites is better than none.

   What a great article! I was thinking that when you say that getting traffic is not what it's all about that I don't totally agree. 

When you are building links, it's my opinion that the more actual traffic you will get from a link, the better that link will be to improve your Google rankings and SERPs.

This is not to say that a link isn't a good link just because it won't drive traffic. It's simply that if a link is procured for the right reasons, Google will have a way of recognizing that to some degree. This will give that link (theoretically) more positive impact.</description>
